It starts with an idea

Every event - business, public and private - starts with an idea. That idea must be worked out creatively and practically. That is why we prefer to sit down with our potential client as early as possible to get to know each other without obligation and to advise on possibilities, pitfalls and budgets.

A good preparation is key

Sound preparation requires clear communication with all parties involved. We can take care of the entire coordination and organization of setting up the event; such as site visits, measuring and drawing detailed floor plans, making test setups, and scheduling suppliers. If desired, we can also arrange other wishes, such as catering and entertainment.

Construction and implementation require direction

The project manager - your point of contact - oversees the construction of the event at the location. He receives suppliers, coordinates activities and directs where necessary. During the event, we also supervise and monitor the overall course in the background: from the well-being of the guests to the quality of the light and sound. Afterwards, we ensure that the location is left as if nothing has happened.
